More than 1,700 Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island will be participating in Override, a fuel rewards program, by the end of this week, according to an announcement by Override.
Savings earned at Dunkin’ Donuts can be redeemed at participating Gulf Oil and Irving Oil locations throughout New England. More than $13 million has been returned to Override participants since the program was introduced in July 2007. Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Maine and New Hampshire joined Override in 2008, and continue to offer savings at more than 350 sites in those two New England states.
To save on the price of gas, customers register a Dunkin’ Donuts Card at www.dunkindonuts.com. When purchases at a participating Dunkin’ Donuts total $20 on their registered card, customers will earn 5 cents off the price of a gallon of gas at participating Gulf and Irving stations.

The registered Dunkin’ Donuts Card used to make purchases can be swiped directly at the pump or redeemed inside the store at a participating Irving or Gulf to redeem the savings.
Customers can also earn savings at about 200 participating Shaw’s Supermarkets and Star Market locations throughout New England. Further, customers can combine the savings they have earned at Dunkin’s and Shaw’s and Star Market to further lower their price of gas.
